All prices indicated are in India Rupee (INR) and for delivery within Bangalore only and are exlcusive of all taxes. The prices are subject to change without any prior notice.

FloraStand reserve the rights to accepts or reject an order without intimating the buyer and without assigning any reason what so ever.

Flowers and arrangements shown in this site are indicative and may vary.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered and the item will be handed over to a relative/neighbor/colleague unless otherwise specified.

FloraStand will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address, or refusal by the recipient(s) to receive or inability to reach the recipient(s) due to security constraints with in the premises or due to any other conditions. No refunds would be possible in such conditions.

FloraStand does not guarantee delivery on exact time requested by the user. However will make best effort to deliver on requested time or within 24hours from the time requested.

Subject to availability of a Flower, specific color, FloraStand may replace or substitute with another flower/color at its discretion.

Once order placed, No cancellation of order and refund is possible due to the perishable nature of the product and the infrastructure costs involved. FloraStand with own discretion may consider request for a differed delivery date (a date within six months) depending on the season.

In case of order could not be fulfilled due to non-availability of stock, you always have a right to get 100% refund of the money paid by you.

FloraStand does not grant any warranty what so ever on its products.

All communications shall be through e-mail only and non-receipt of the e-mail from FloraStand can not be a reason for claims or any refund.

No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery.

All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local Court only in Bangalore, India.
