1) While clicking on "Proceed to Pay" to make Payment I am getting "Session Expired.." message. How can I make payment? To make online payment cookie in our browser has to be enabled in order to perform a secured transaction. The "Session Expired" message will appear if cookies are no enabled in our bowser. To Enable cookie you have follow the following procedure. If you are using IE6 click on Tools --> options --> Privacy Tab --> Advance Button --> Select check boxes :Override automatic cookie handling and Allways allow Session cookies. Also click on both the Accept Radio buttons. In case of Fire Fox 2.0 Tools --> options --> Privacy Tab --> select Accept cookies from sites check box. You should be able to make the payment with this changes, 2) While clicking on "Proceed to Pay", there is no response for long time. How to pay ? This may be due to cookie problem on your browser. Please see (1) above. 3) I am not able to find the Flower arrangement that I am looking for. How to I order custom made one? Also you can contact our Florist over phone number given in "FloraStand outlets" (Option in tool bar). 4) Unable to see all delivery locations or not able to select a delivery location. This problem will occur if you have not enabled cookies in your browser. Please see answer to question (1) and refresh the bower. 5) I am unable to Pay thru online. Can I transfer the money ? Yes.
